Utility Billing Update

The City of Whitewright will begin using the new software for utility billing beginning on December 2nd.  Instead of a postcard, be on the lookout for an envelope containing your November utility bill from the city. As the staff at city hall as well as the residents and businesses adjust to the new billing format, there will be no late fees charged on the November water bills which are due on the regular due date of December 10th. However, unpaid bills will result in shutoffs on December 20th, 2022. Those who need to apply for an extension and have it approved must do so before the 19th by submitting a written request to City Hall.

The customer portal is located at www.fastgovpay.com/whitewright. Customers can use their new billing account number to create their customer portal. Once the new portal login is created customers can pay their bills online, as well as set up auto payments if they wish.

Please contact City Hall if you need to update your email address, phone number, or mailing address.
