New Utility Billing Software
Dear City of Whitewright Utility Customer,
This letter is to inform you of the upcoming changes that are being made to the billing system of the City of Whitewright.
On November 18, 2022, the City of Whitewright Utility Billing office will be updating to a new utility billing software system. This will mean a variety of changes for all community members, such as a new bill format and new online payment dashboard.
Phone payments will not be provided.
At the City of Whitewright, we’re always looking for ways to improve our operations to help serve you more efficiently.
The City of Whitewright Utility Billing Department continues to provide the following payment services that are FREE of processing fees.
Mail – Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order
Dropbox – Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order
In person – Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Cash
Bank Auto Draft – ACH
Bank Auto Check
