ACTION ITEMS

4.1 Consider and approve the installation of a fence for 107 S. Bond and a variance for the construction material for the fence

4.2 Consider and approve all matters incident and related to the issuance of "Greater Texoma Utility Authority Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2023A (City of Whitewright Project)", including the adoption of an ordinance approving the issuance thereof and the facilities to be constructed or acquired by the Authority.

4.3 Consider and approve all matters incident and related to the issuance of "Greater Texoma Utility Authority Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2023B (City of Whitewright Project)", including the adoption of an ordinance approving the issuance thereof and the facilities to be constructed or acquired by the Authority.

4.4 Consider and appoint a Mayor Pro Tem

4.5 Consider and approve signatory names for financial business with Legend Bank, Cendera Bank and any other discovered or contracted financial institutions as being Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, City Secretary.
