9. EXECTIVE SESSION 
  The City Council will convene in closed session pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government  
   Code. Executive Session as authorized by Texas Government Code 551.074, Personnel Matters; to deliberate the appointment,  
   employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
