Independence Day Parade

Please join the City of Whitewright and the City of Tom Bean in celebrating this special day together!

Want to participate? There's no entry fee! You can also do the Whitewright portion only if you prefer.

Line up at 8 a.m., parade starts at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 3rd. Route will start in downtown Tom Bean and run all the way into downtown Whitewright before making a stop at Kentuckytown Baptist Church for free hotdogs, chips, cookies, tea, and lemonade. There will also be a water balloon fight and music at the church. Bring your lawn chair and enjoy the party.

To participate in Whitewright only, gather near the railroad depot (West side of the nature park) at 10 a.m.

We'd love to have people walking, on horseback, bicycles, strollers, wagons, floats, and more! All ages welcome!
